Currently “Acrylite Satinice P95 Black 9H01 SC” is used for the panels. The glossy side is not only a dust magnet but also prone to scratches. To make things worse, the LED lighting is not going to leave any blemishes unexposed.
It would be great if the panels could be machined from “Perspex Frost Midnight Black S2 9221” acrylic. It features a double sided matt finish and costs about the same as P95 acrylic.

I have been looking into double sided matte panels but the company who does my lasercutting said they would have to make a minimum order of 12 4'x8' sheets, which would be enough for something like 50 sets. However if I do get more orders than I anticipate during pre-orders, then I will definitely switch to this type of double matte acrylic!

If you switch to the all matte panels, can you get the beta testers a cost on replacements for our machines?

Beta testers will be open to purchase any upgraded components at cost (or below depending on the part). Not sure if I will be able to with my current supplier though, they would require a fairly large order. I'll look into it though!
