Hey! It appears RobotDigg has changed their listings once again for the motors. Ideally, you want ones that have the socket such that you can simply plug in the extended motor cable you also have to order. If you have a soldering iron and shrink tubing, I'd actually recommend you go with the -09 version from this listing and just solder on the new connector. These motors have double the resolution of the normal 200 step per revolution stepper motors, and as a result can produce slightly better prints. Otherwise, you'll want to go with this motor which has the plug www.robotdigg.com/product/206/Nema17-48mm-Stepper-Motor
For the idler pulley, go with this option (IPULLEY-20T 5mm_Toothed).

So with the better motor (-09 version) should I still be using 1/32 microstepping for XY and 1/16 for Z. Or should Z now 1/32 as well? Also what is the step setting for the extruder motor?
The choice is yours! I'd recommend keeping the z axis at 1/16, as stepper motors are unable to hold position at high microsteps so really anything over 1//8th is pointless, except for making the motion quieter. The extruder default is 1/16th I believe, but you can change that to 1/32 and simply double the steps/mm if desired. X and Y should definitely be 1/32!
