Has anyone else had problems with their Azteegs reporting incorrect temperature readings to their hosting software? The last two boards I've used would report constant temperatures in the high 100's (around 194 or 177 degrees C) whether the thermistor is plugged in or not. I've tried reloading the firmware and config, but no luck. I've searched online to see if others have had this problem with these boards, but it seems like there's little info on the Azteeg X5 Mini out there. I've written emails to Panucatt regarding this, but haven't received any troubleshooting or response yet. Panucatt's website seems to be constantly out of stock too, so it's not like I can buy another one either. Not to mention, they're also pricey. Is there anything I've missed? I'm using the thermistors suggested in the Eclips3D's BOM.
I've thought about going the Arduino+RAMPS route, but it sounds like the drivers aren't as precise (only up to 1/16 microstepping), and deliver less current to its steppers. That's kind of a downer as the steppers were more expensive partially due to their torque and amp requirements. Sounds like MEGA+RAMPS sometimes stalls during print jobs due to buffering gcode, and the math can sometimes bog down the MEGA's ancient AMTEL microcontroller, despite the Mallard firmware using clever math tricks that have refined over the years to avoid floating-point math. The Eclips3D is designed for speed, and I don't want to bottleneck it.

I have a v2 board and when the thermistors are not plugged in I get a value of 0 (zero). With them plugged in I get a reasonable reading on room temp on both thermistors. When hot an IR sensor reports that the bed is about 3 degrees higher than reported by the board at 60c.
If you are not getting any change on your board I would take a look at your config file. Make sure you have the correct one for the version of the board you have.

I've been using wasabi's config file. I copied it again verbatim just to ensure that nothing was changed by me, but I'm still getting the same results as before.
