I needed a couple of nuts for mounting stuff to the extrusion. Rather that take it apart I used these: www.thingiverse.com/thing:19885Not for structural stuff... Seems to work great.

Awesome find I may have to use some of these too, taking apart extrusions to add tnuts does suck!

Or if you order metal ones when you order from robotdigg.... Post Assembly T-Nut Qty of 100 The moment you miss one, it was worth it to have some of these on hand.

Shoot! Great find! I wish I had seen your post a couple of days ago when I finally got around to mounting my Azteeg controller & power supply. It took quite a while to disassemble and reassemble the printer carefully to not disturb anything!
