Hello all, So, I wanted to get the heated bed working, but I wasn't sure how to mount the thermistor that Andrew suggests in the BOM properly. The one that comes with the E3D v6 works great for the hotend and I was wondering if that one would be a better alternative because it could easily be mounted into the hole in the center of the bed. The link is here: e3d-online.com/100k-Ohm-NTC-Thermistor-SemitecAny information would be great. Thanks, Jason K.

Sure that would work! Yeah unfortunately I didn't realize that the thermistor I linked was too large to fit in the hole in the bed. You could either drill out the hole in the bed which is a pretty safe option as long as you don't hit any of the pcb traces, or go with another option. That thermistor should work just fine, you will just need to attach longer wires to it of course and you will need to change the thermistor type in the settings to reflect that option.
