How tight is too tight? How loose is too loose? What is the best method for getting the belt tension "JUST RIGHT"?

I'd like to know this too. I'm getting some vibrations/harmonics sometimes and wonder if it might be belt tension related.

Hmm that's interesting..I'll try downloading an app and see what frequency my belts strum at and post the results here if they work
