Now that everything is tested and verified, Is there anyway I could get your slicer profile for Cura or any of the others? I'd like a decent starting point closer to this printer's maximum performance than my current printers.

You will have to change the start gcode slightly as my printer still does not use the x or y endstops. For filament settings, I've found most pla filaments print well around 210 with a bed at 45 and a diameter of 1.75, flow of .93 to .97 Attachments:eclips3d2beta.rcp (2.92 KB)

Andrew, Have you tried using Simplify3D yet? I have tweaked the settings a bit from my first Eclips3D, but am still not getting quality anything close to what I had before. I tried your Cura settings, and got a print to finish, but had lots of little pieces that kept balling up and landing on the print and around it. I am trying Simplify3D again to see if I can get anything better. I also swapped the filament to make sure that wasn't my issue. The new filament seems to be working a bit better so far, but these are filaments that I used on my other printer with no issues before. i also tried adjusting the fan cooling settings to make sure it wasn't over-cooling the parts. Any other suggestions?

Well I figured out part of my problem, and that is that I am dumb! Haha... I grabbed my orange filament, thinking it was PLA, only to realize it was PETG. That would explain why it didn't want to print at PLA temps! Also explains my retraction problems too. So my actual PLA prints much better at those temps. I have a couple other issues that I started a new thread for though.

Haha well yep that'd do it! And I'll be replying to those other threads shortly, hopefully we can sort out any issues you're having!
I have tried simplify3d in the past but wasn't thrilled with it, it was nicer than Cura but not enough to justify the pricetag. I may try it out again in the near future though!
