Hello all! Since I'm waiting along with bpopilek to know about the jumpers, I got bored, and you know what they say about idle hands... They make a Power supply cover! it looks like the holes on the PSU are threaded for an M4 bolt, unfortunately I couldn't find any laying around. This is sized for a bolt with that thread, and fits nicely over my PSU. I just need to find the right bolt now... Pardon the red, I ran out of black printing the new feet. 0.2mm layer height came out nice, and was a decently short print, about an hour and a half on my slower printer. Let me know if it works for you! Or, if you make it better, let me know so I can print it! Power Supply Cover.stl (10.43 KB) Attachments:

Looks great! I'll print out one of those for my printer and maybe I'll include that in future kits if you wouldn't mind!

Go for it! Glad to contribute. let me know if you make any changes. obviously tolerances will be tighter on your printer than mine, but hopefully it'll work for you too!

On the topic of parts supplied with the printer, is there any way we could get the files you used for the printer, what settings, and what filament you used? the wires for my heated bed were a tad short it seems, and I can't fit them into the shroud (probably something I did wrong). I'd like to fiddle with it, and print my own, but i want it to match as closely as i can to the original. I'm a bit of a fan of the OEM look (can you tell I like cars?).

Sure, I use hatchbox black filament although some of the parts may have been done with a substitute black filament as I was printing in a pinch and ran out of Hatchbox. Print settings are all in the cura settings from your other thread, but in general I print at 60/90 mm/s for perimeters/infill, 15% infill, 210C hotend, 45C bed, and I think thats the important stuff. For the files, let me know what you'd like and I can send it on an as needed basis, I don't want to do any large distributions yet until the parts are finalized to reduce the risk of unfinished files getting circulated!
For the heated bed wires, they should make it just barely to the hole in the base plate under the power switch shroud, then you can use the terminal block and two of the short wires with no crimps to extend the power to the control board.
