Gotcha sorry about that Brian, I'll have to look around for an extra endstop, I'm not sure if I have an extra one left. I should as I remember ordering a few extras! For now I'd recommend just not using the endstop and not having it home in the x direction in the start gcode, just use G92 x0 instead.
I've got the silicone covers now for my hotend so I can start redesigning the bracket and duct. Unfortunately it's finals week so I'm super busy and have very little free time for dev work.
For your extrusion issues, I'd recommend to start by printing at 60mm/s, it can definitely handle that fine. Use a retraction of about 3mm, temp around 210. Check your tension on the extruder, it should be just tight enough to be able to pull the filament as you pinch it. Any tighter and it will put increased resistance on the system and can cause grinding and skipping issues, less and it will slip of course. Also make sure extruder speed is fast enough, it should be 30-40mm/s. Any slower and it can cause increased oozing. Hopefully this helps. I'll let you know about the endstop! -Andrew
