for me te ultimate setup :-)
Printed and assembled Rocks carrier version. I have not placed it on printer yet, since i am still building it, but running out of time for now :-) (vacation starts Friday, and so much that needs to be done before lol) It is a little tricky to assemble BUT possible. I like that it stays within the original frame :-)
As I have pointed out, way to many times ;-) I would love a Bltouch sensor on the carrier.
www.thingiverse.com/thing:1229934
My initial idea, was to design a cooler for prints, with a holder for BLtouch (on paper, and ask for help again lol) something like the one here: www.thingiverse.com/thing:1615400/#comments arcaded.discussion.community/post/lpa-fanduct-version-4-8139028?&trail=15
but I cant seem to figure out how it should be adapted to our printer... Also I am trying to figure out, if there is any extra space, to make a mount on the outside of the carrier? on any side? like this one www.thingiverse.com/thing:1315514 since mine is not build, I can not check! My printer has a print height of 36cm so if I loose 10mm or something like that, That would not be considered a problem, but regarding xy I would prefer to keep the 20x20cm
So any tips/ideas would be great

Update :-) finally assembled my printer (got home from vacation.) all I need to do, is wire it up! BUT I want it working with the BLtouch in first go ;-) I have been trying to figure out how to get it working/where to place it. therefor I have assembled the printer, so I could look at it. I can see, why no one, have been able to find a spot for the BLTouch! Printed and assembled www.thingiverse.com/thing:1598224I know the right mount High.... When you look at the gantry, at the spot where the fan, cooling the e3dV6 sits, the top of that opening, is perfekt mount high! BUT where to mount it? I have used alot of time, trying to figure it out :-( i am so bad at this! BUT can it be, that the only posible space, is facing the front, between the 2 holders for the belt? (remember on this design www.thingiverse.com/thing:1598224 not the original one) cheers Jesper

That seems to be the only available spot. on that carriage.
Also did you figure out the wiring for the BLtouch?

I am using the Ramps, so I thing I have the wires ok ;-) at least I have a guide ;-) BUT I would really appreciate if you could upload your design file, so I an edit it. the STL file has lost some data, so for a newb as me, it is hard to change it. My idea is to open up, and place it between thouse 2 holders inside the gantry. need to try it ;-) but needs to move the holes, nuts and other a little. also need to melt some dropin m3 nuts into it, since there is no room for normal nuts, due to the axel. sorry my bad English! Did the first design change yesterday, one of my problems is I need to move the 2 holders/locks for the belt, a little towards the corner, is that a problem? 5mm i think it was!

That should work, no reason you can't move them over.
