Hey there. first off, no doubt, the problem is by me.. just dont know where! Just printed 16 parts on my old trusty Prusa I3 When printing a 40mm cube on this one, it comes out 40,01 * 39,92 * 39,92..
when printing these parts, the hole for the rods is 7,2mm. the hole for the "bearing" is 8,3mm. (rods are? 10mm?) the slid thru the rod holders, is fused together, think that might be I need to lower the filament multiplier, even though all is adjusted perfekt. Sliced with simplfy3d, printed with ABS @ 240, bed @ 110..
does other see same problems? or is it just me, being a problem?

this was an old problem, I forgot to give an update. all things i printed, even though calibarating perfekt, even had a "specialist" come by. He could not solve it BUT if I turned the extrusion down to 80% then all my prints are perfekt, like I have not seen before...... the fun part is, extrusion multiplier, should not be changed, if filament thickness and steps are set right, as mine is... beginning to consider if my 0.40mm nozzle perhaps is not 0.40 after more than 10kg af filament.... but on the other side, all parts are perfekt now, so printer is almost build now!! changing a design right now, and then I should be at the point, where it is time for cables and so on!
remember all the above problems, is with a BQ Prusa I3, not the Eclips3d
