Hey I finally got my printer all wired up and found the V2 wiring diagnostic to get my motor timing figured out. Everything is smooth now! I physically rewired all my endstops according the diagram as suggested and the red lights come on when clicked. I have no issues with my X-axis but both the z and y will no longer respond in manual mode after I home them. I removed the metal washers thinking that might have been the issue, but it still persists. If I home them again they do the soft home movement like they should, but nothing else. Any suggestions?
edit: I just looked at my command code when this happens. After homing. When I hit y-10 the Gcode says G1 Y0 F6000*4 . I believe it should say G1 Y-10 etc. If so I have no clue how to fix this problem. Am I on the right track or clawing at air? Also I am using the V2 (untested) config, txt because it wouldn't connect with 1.1.

If anyone has any suggestions about this I'll still be happy to hear them, but it seems to just be a manual control problem. Once I type in a code it it moves to and continues moving after. Also the diagnostic test for the x,y- axis worked perfectly. So I won't worry much as long as it prints.

Do the axes move in the correct directions using the jog panel? If not, it may be that you're homing to the max or min when it should be the opposite, and your steppers are just running backwards so it looks normal when you home. But you'd think that would affect manually sending the gcode too, so that's pretty strange..not sure what it could be.
