E3D Hot End Wiggles While Printing

The bottom portion of the hot end (heat block/nozzle) wiggles back and forth when the printer makes sudden movements back and forth, such as when filling in layers. The heat block isn't locked into place at all, and the wires leading from it can also move it wiggle when making large movements back and forth. Is there anything I can do to keep it from moving so much?

You could try sanding the outer block that holds the extruder a little to tighten it up.
