I thought I would post up about an issue with the movement of extruder carriage.
When running the XY break in file, when the extruder carriage would do a move in the Y toward the front of the printer, the extruder carriage would jump to the right in the X as the carriage passed the middle of the Y travel. I can recreate this by hand when moving the carriage and it only occurs near the middle of the Y axis travel.
My guess is that this is due to friction in the system some where. I have traced all of the belts to make sure they are not rubbing on any screws or each other.
My next thought is that there is to much friction in my gantry or it is a bit out of alignment. The gantry seemed to have resistance before routing the belt, but it did not seem to be too much resistance.
Ill post up about what I find.
