I am currently having a slight z banding issue. Is there a trick to attaching the lead screw to the coupler to fix this? It doesn't seem like the lead screw is bent or swaying too much while rotating.

Seems like it's z banding from the lead screw, it's because of the temperature changes. As soon as the fan turns on during the second layer, the temps drop from 210 to 205 and takes a bit to steady at 210 again. I tried to do a PID autotune with the fan on, but no luck. Not sure what to try now.

the PID autotune kinda sucks, you just have to mess with the values by hand (unless someone else knows how to use the PID autotune better than I do). I usually use this page to adjust the values: reprap.org/wiki/PID_Tuning

Seems like I'm getting this line across all my prints at the same layer. i.imgur.com/iNnEC39.jpgNot sure what's going on.
