Which motor is X and which one is Y?

Could not find in instructions which of the X/Y motor cables go to the X and Y on the Azteeg board.
The quick start guide just says that if you move X (in Repetier) and the movement is in the Y direction, just swap the cables.

Does anyone know which cable (left motor or right motor) goes to which port on the board?

On my Azteeg v2, my 'left' motor is going to the Y / Beta connector, the 'right' motor goes to the X / Alpha connector.

I've wondered this myself. Does x/right, y/left require setting changing the Azteeg's config file? I haven't made it to the Quick Start guide yet.
