Hello,
So, I bolted the hotend into place, but no matter how hard i tighten the bolts the hotend still has some wobble. Is that ok, because i feel like it would negatively affect the prints? Also, the extruder doesn't seem to be working correctly in that the filament seems to stutter sometimes and wont feed through the hotend. The mini bearing doesnt turn sometimes so the gear just grinds the filament. Any suggestions?
Thanks Jason

So it sounds like your problem is more with the extruder than the hot end. If you take the extruder apart and spin the idler bearing, does it spin freely? If not, that's the first thing you want to fix. Be sure you didn't overtighten that bolt holding the bearing down. Then for the part that holds the hot end, it definitely should be very tight and have no wobble. You can always use some scotch tape to line the inside of the extruder clamp geometry in order to snug it up a little bit!

I just re-printed the parts and everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks for all the help though!
