Cool, Thanks for the docs. I am thinking the pre-orders were slow to show up because a lot of us accumulated to many bills during the holiday season. That's definitely my issue at the moment. Give it some time and I expect interest to pickup.

That's a very good point! Perhaps in a couple months I'll send out a survey and check the interest level, along with some minor cost reductions to get the kit price at $1000 or lower.

Is it possible to setup something on Parts-Badger with the required machined parts from the BOM?

very nice to have designed such a nice printer and share docs and files! I've been looking for a "solid" design printer for a long time. Core design looks fine to me with ligh moving parts. Prismatic rails looks fine to me too, as used in my CNC. So all is perfect except the size, but i think with i little tuning i can grow the print cube to 30cm without too much problems... Stef

Stef As long as you scale the metal bits appropriately, I don't think you will have any problems scaling this machine to print 30cm cubed. The main reason I kept it at 20 was because anything larger than that significantly drives up the price of production and shipping! (although my plans to sell this printer are currently on hold anyway, but you get the point! scaling should be fine!)
