I'm planning to build the Eclips3d printer, but I was wondering if I can use V-Slot 20mm x 20mm Linear Rail from open builds instead of the t-slot from Misumi.
Because I can find the v-slot rails at local stores. Thank in advance for your response.

As long as you get t-nuts that would fit them, I'm sure you can.

I don't see anything on my Eclips3D that would require plain 20x20. The only thing that might be different may be that you're not precisely cut lengths to make assembly and calibration easier. But like thecrimsonchinh said, just make sure you get t-nuts that will fit the v-slot and that they fit 5mm bolts.
